Your Role as a Sales Consultant:

As a pivotal player in driving our company’s success, you will deliver exceptional customer service and expertise across our diverse range of products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Mastery: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our product line to provide expert advice and solutions.
  • Closing Deals: Utilize those sales skills to transform leads into satisfied customers by going above and beyond their expectations.
  • Networking: Forge and sustain relationships within the industry to broaden your customer base.
  • Team Collaboration: Work cohesively with team members to ensure a smooth customer experience and contribute to the team’s overall success.
  • Goal Setting: Establish and monitor sales goals and objectives, aligning your performance with the company’s growth.
  • Continued Training: Engage in ongoing training and development to stay current with industry knowledge and trends.

Applicant Requirements / Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of outside sales experience.
  • Formal training in sales or a related field is advantageous.
  • 3+ years of experience in the construction industry is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 software.
  • Ability to work on Saturdays at least (2) times a month (additional pay or time off provided).
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

What We Offer:

  • Salary: Base + Commission ($40,000-$55,000Base Range + earned commissions)
  • Shift: Full-Time Days
